Germany – Household Worker

We are currently looking for 2 female and 2 male household workers for a placement in Germany. Candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

  1. Open to nationals from Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Cambodia.
  2. Performing daily household tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  3. Assisting clients in managing their daily routines and helping them organize activities.
  4. Providing support in nutrition and mobility, ensuring the well-being of the clients.
  5. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, occupational safety regulations, and hygiene protocols.
  6. Working closely with clients to manage their daily lives and handle household duties.

Description

  1. Employment Type: Full contract
  2. Salary Rate: 15.50 EUR/hour, with overtime available
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 40 hours/week
  4. Accommodation: Free accommodation with clients (includes meals)
    Separate accommodation for 300 EUR/month
  5. Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks English.
  6. Legalization of Stay and Work: Work visa
  7. Duration: 12 months (with potential extension up to 3 years)

Additional information

Processing

The visa processing time is approximately 3.5 months from the date of application.
Requirements

1. Age: 21 to 40 years old.
2. Education: A completed degree in household management, hospitality, home economics, or a related field from a university listed as H+ on Anabin.
3. Language: At least B1 level English proficiency (verified through an interview).
4. Driving License: Required.
Financial Readiness: Candidates must be prepared to cover travel and related expenses.
