We are looking for 60 motivated individuals to fill Butcher – Meat Cutter positions in Dobrzyca, Poland. The primary responsibilities include:

•Cutting and processing meat, including skinning, cleaning, deboning, and packing.

•Following hygiene and safety protocols in the processing facility.

•Working as part of a team to meet production targets.

Training is provided and included in the working hours, so no prior experience is necessary.

Description

Employment Type: Full contract
Salary Rate:23 PLN net (28.10 PLN gross) per hour
Guaranteed working hours: Minimum 168Hr / Week, with occasional paid overtime.
Accommodation: 450 PLN per month (deducted from salary), shared accommodation for 2-4 people per room with a shared kitchen and bathroom in nearby locations: Jarocin, Krotoszyn, Pleszew (up to 20 km from the workplace).
Meals: One hot meal provided during work shifts
Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks English.
Legalization of Stay and Work: Work visa
Duration: 2 Years

Processing	The visa and work permit processing time typically takes around 2-3 months. This includes securing a work contract, arranging accommodation, and preparing travel arrangements. Once your application is submitted, our team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements	1. Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English; other working languages include Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian. 2. Health Requirements: A sanitary-epidemiological book is required to ensure compliance with food safety standards. 3. Work Experience: No prior experience is required, as training will be provided on-site. 4. Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
