We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for our Denmark Hospitality Training Program. This program is designed for students currently enrolled in culinary arts, professional cooking techniques, food preparation techniques, and related fields. It offers an 18-month traineeship in Denmark, providing hands-on experience and skill development in the hospitality industry.

Description

  1. Employment Type: Training
  2. Salary Rate:
    • First 12 months: 14,054.92 DKK/month.
    • Next 6 months: Around 14,561.93 DKK/month.
  3. Guaranteed working hours:37 hours per week, with occasional paid overtime.
  4. Accommodation: Provided near the workplace for a monthly rent of approximately 2300-2500 DKK (including facilities), in a shared flat or house.
  5. Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks English, German, Danish, and Indonesian.
  6. Legalization of Stay and Work: Traineeship visa
  7. Duration: Up to 18 months

Requirements

1. Open to nationals from Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
2. Currently enrolled student in culinary arts, professional cooking techniques, food preparation techniques, or related fields.
3. Age between 18 and 35 years old.
4. Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level), confirmed by an interview.
5. Financial readiness to cover personal expenses for travel and other necessities.
6. A valid driving license is not required but is considered an advantage.
7. Appropriate work attitude and ethics.

1. CV in SHB form, including a photo of the candidate smiling to demonstrate motivation and reliability, and photos of dishes cooked.
2. Letter of enrollment with the expected year of graduation.
3. Academic transcript.
4. Copy of passport.

Responsibility

1. Food Preparation and Cooking:
• Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Practice professional cooking techniques while ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
2. Kitchen Operations Support:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with daily operations, food storage, and inventory management.
3. Customer Service and Interaction:
• Interact with guests professionally, providing excellent customer service and responding to their inquiries.
• Gain experience in front-of-house operations, including serving and presenting food.
4. Team Collaboration and Training:
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of meals.
• Participate in training sessions to develop new skills and improve techniques.
5. Event and Hospitality Management:
• Assist in organizing and executing events or special functions, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
• Learn the fundamentals of hospitality management, including planning, coordination, and customer engagement.
