Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Poland as Welders. As a Welder, you will play a critical role in combining parts and structural elements made from steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals using both automatic and manual gas welding as well as electric arc welding techniques. Your expertise will contribute to the fabrication and assembly of various structures and components. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Metal Joining: Combine parts and structural elements made from steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
  2. Welding Techniques: Utilize both automatic and manual gas welding, as well as electric arc welding techniques.
  3. Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded components and structures.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  7. Precision Work: Demonstrate precision and craftsmanship in welding tasks to achieve strong and durable joints.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and colleagues, to ensure project goals are met.

 

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Welder, with a portfolio showcasing completed welding projects.
  2. Welding Techniques: Proficient in both automatic and manual gas welding, as well as electric arc welding techniques.
  3. Material Handling: Ability to prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping.
  4. Quality Conscious: Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in welding work.
  5. Safety Conscious: Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines for personal and public safety.
  6. Physical Fitness: Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in various positions.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt welding techniques to different materials and project requirements.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Employment Type: Full-time position.
  2. Salary: 4400 Zloty per month.
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 10 hours per day
  4. Accommodation: Assistance is provided for finding suitable accommodation. 500 Zloty per month.
  5. Duration: 2 years / Renewable: Yes
  6. Process:
    1. Service fee: 1250€
    2. Processing time: 2-3 months
