Description

  1. Position: Packers, Fillers, and Order Pickers
  2. Location: Serbia
  3. Employment Type: 1 year Contract-based, with possible renewal based on performance.

  4. Work Schedule:

    • 10-hour shifts, including weekday day and night shifts.

    • 5 working days per week.

  5. Salary:

    • €4.13/hour (net).

    • Bonuses available for overtime and meeting performance targets.

    • Salaries are paid monthly before the 10th, directly to a bank account (company assists in opening accounts).

  6. Accommodation:

    • Free housing with 2–4 people per room.

    • Separate rooms for couples.

    • Fully equipped accommodations within walking distance of the workplace.

  7. Paid Time Off:

    • 24 paid days off annually, with an extra day added each year.

  8. Work Clothes:

    • Provided by the employer.
