We are looking for 50 motivated individuals to fill Manual Packer positions in Poland. The primary responsibilities include:

•Performing various production tasks such as material delivery to the production line and packing items.

•Assisting with maintaining order and cleanliness within the production area.

•Handling and sorting materials as required by the production schedule.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in a production environment, as no prior experience is needed.

Description

Employment Type: Mandate contract
Salary Rate:22.70-23.50 PLN net per hour
Guaranteed working hours: 240-300 hours per month
Accommodation: Provided by the employer, with a deduction of 400-450 PLN net for utilities.
Meals: No meals provided by the employer.
Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks English.
Legalization of Stay and Work: Work visa
Duration: 2 Years
Transport: Transport to the workplace provided where needed, or reimbursement for public transportation tickets.

Processing	The visa and work permit processing time typically takes around 2-3 months. This includes securing a work contract, arranging accommodation, and preparing travel arrangements. Once your application is submitted, our team will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements	1. Age: Up to 45 years old. 2. Gender: Men only. 3. Experience: No prior experience required. 4. Language: Basic English or Polish is a plus, but not mandatory.
