We are seeking skilled cooks and chefs, particularly those experienced in Italian cuisine, to join our hospitality team in Germany. This position is ideal for candidates who have a passion for preparing authentic Italian dishes. Description

  1. Duration: 12 months (possibility to extend)
  2. Working Hours: 40 hours/week, with occasional paid overtime
  3. Salary Rate: 13-16 EUR/hour
  4. Accommodation: Provided near the workplace for approximately 350 EUR/month (including utilities) in a shared apartment/house.
  5. Visa Type: Work and residence permit
  6. Visa Processing Time: Approximately 3.5 months
  7. Visa Fee: 90 EUR

Processing

The visa processing takes up to 3.5 months. Candidates will receive support throughout the application process, including document submission and interview preparation.
Requirements

1. Relevant completed education/Degree or Diploma in Culinary, Gastronomy,
Restaurant and Cooking technics, hospitality etc. University shall be listed as H+ on
the website anabin – https://anabin.kmk.org/no_cache/filter/institutionen.html
2. 21- 40 y. o.
3. at least A2/B1 level of English (confirmed by interview with Bixter). For specific positions – A2 level of German.
4. Relevant work experience as kitchen cook/kitchen chef – 3 years + with valid
recommendations from previous employers + pictures of dishes cooked.
5. Financial readiness (candidate covers own expenses for travel, etc) Appropriate work attitude and ethics, leadership skills expenses for travel, etc)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various Italian dishes, ensuring authenticity and high quality.
• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and presentation.
• Implement new Italian recipes and contribute to menu development.
