We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for our Denmark Bakery Training Program. This program is designed for students or recent graduates from Bakery or Bakery and Pastry faculties. It offers an 18-month traineeship in Denmark, providing hands-on experience and skill development in bakery operations.

Description

  1. Employment Type: Training
  2. Salary Rate: Starting from 1300 EUR/month
  3. Guaranteed working hours:37 hours per week, with occasional paid overtime.
  4. Accommodation:Provided near the workplace for a monthly rent of approximately 300 EUR (including facilities), in a shared apartment or house.
  5. Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks English, German, Danish, and Indonesian.
  6. Legalization of Stay and Work: Traineeship visa.
  7. Duration: Up to 18 months

Requirements

1. Open to nationals from Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
2. Currently enrolled student in Bakery/Bakery and Pastry faculty or a recent graduate (within the last 1.5 years).
3. Age between 18 and 34.5 years old.
4. Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level), confirmed by an interview.
5. Financial readiness to cover personal expenses for travel and other necessities.
6. Appropriate work attitude, ethics, and leadership skills.

Documents

1. CV in SHB form, including a photo of the candidate smiling to demonstrate motivation and reliability, and photos of dishes cooked.
2. Diploma proving graduation from higher education, if applicable.
3. Letter of enrolment with the expected year of graduation if the candidate is currently enrolled.
4. Academic transcript.
5. Copy of passport.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily bakery operations, including mixing, baking, and quality control.
• Assist in creating various baked goods following traditional and modern recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery workspace.
• Support inventory management and the efficient use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production standards.
