Position Overview:

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in the Poland as Warehouse Workers. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play an essential role in managing inventory, organizing stock, and ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage incoming stock and products, ensuring accuracy and organization in inventory records.
  2. Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill orders by picking and packing items accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
  3. Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure safe handling of goods.
  4. Stock Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment, arranging stock strategically for easy access and efficient retrieval.
  5. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and condition meet company standards.
  6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team members.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and logistics personnel to meet operational targets and deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  2. Physical Fitness: Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items, and standing for extended periods.
  3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and completing tasks.
  4. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve warehouse goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for meeting operational schedules and deadlines.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Employment Type: Full-time position.
  2. Salary: 4320 Zloty per month
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 10 hours per day
  4. Accommodation: Assistance is provided for finding suitable accommodation. 500 Zloty per month.
  5. Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks your language.
  6. Legalization of Stay and Work: Assistance in obtaining a residence card/work permit in Poland.
  7. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, accommodation, and meal allowances.
  8. Training: Opportunities for training and skill development in warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  9. Safety Measures: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  10. Duration: 2 years / Renewable: Yes
  11. Process:
    1. Service fee: 1250€
    2. Processing time: 2-3 months
