Position Overview:

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our automotive manufacturing team in the Czech Republic as Automotive Assemblers. As an Automotive Assembler, you will play a vital role in assembling various components and parts to build high-quality vehicles. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and precision of our production process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Component Assembly: Assemble automotive components and parts according to specified guidelines and procedures.
  2. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and integrity of assembled components, performing visual inspections and tests as necessary.
  3. Precision Work: Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in assembling complex automotive systems and parts.
  4. Tool Usage: Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools and torque wrenches, to complete assembly tasks.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with other assembly team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to meet production targets and quality standards.

 

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience in automotive assembly, preferably with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various assembly tools and equipment, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  3. Quality Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in automotive assembly.
  4. Physical Fitness: Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy components.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing assembly processes and procedures, as well as willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Employment Type: Full-time position.
  2. Salary: 800 – 1000€ per month
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 8 hours per day
  4. Accommodation: Assistance is provided for finding suitable accommodation. 500 Zloty per month.
  5. Duration: 6 month or 2 years / Renewable: Yes
  6. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, accomodation and lunch
  7. Training: Opportunities for ongoing training and skill development in automotive assembly techniques and technologies.
  8. Safety Measures: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  9. Process:
    1. Service fee: 1250€
    2. Processing time: 1-2 weeks
