Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the Czech Republic as Assembly Line Workers. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, working on assembly lines to produce high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include assembling components, inspecting finished products, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assembly: Perform assembly tasks on the production line, including fitting parts together, attaching components, and completing product assemblies according to specifications.
  2. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, ensuring that they meet quality standards and specifications before they are packaged and shipped.
  3. Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in the assembly process, following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure proper operation.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow on the assembly line.

 

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  2. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately to ensure the quality of finished products.
  3. Physical Fitness: Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting objects of varying weights.
  4. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for meeting production schedules and deadlines.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Employment Type: Full-time position.
  2. Salary: 800 – 1000€ per month.
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 8 hours per day
  4. Accommodation: Provided by the employer
  5. Training: Opportunities for training and skill development in assembly techniques and machinery operation.
  6. Medical and Leave Benefit: As per Czech Republic Labour Law
  7. Yearly Leave: Paid for 14 days for the expenses of the employer.
  8. Safety Measures: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  9. Duration: 6 month or 2 years / Renewable: Yes
  10. Process:
    1. Service fee: 1250€
    2. Processing time: 1-2 weeks
