Position Overview:

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our agricultural team in Poland as Agricultural Sorting Workers. As an Agricultural Sorting Worker, you will be responsible for manually picking vegetables and fruits, as well as sorting and packaging the harvested produce. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manual Harvesting: Carefully pick vegetables and fruits by hand, following proper harvesting techniques to ensure the quality of the produce.
  2. Sorting: Categorize harvested produce based on size, color, and other specifications, adhering to industry standards for quality and presentation.
  3. Packaging: Pack sorted vegetables and fruits into designated containers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for shipment.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on harvested produce to identify and separate any damaged or unsuitable items.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, coordinating with colleagues to achieve daily harvesting and sorting goals.

 

Requirements:

  1. Physical Fitness: Ability to engage in physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, as required in manual harvesting and sorting.
  2. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in picking, sorting, and packaging produce to meet quality standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Willingness to work harmoniously within a team, following instructions from supervisors, and contributing to a positive working environment.
  4. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different vegetables and fruits being harvested, as well as variations in tasks based on seasonal demands.
  5. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a dedication to contributing to the success of the agricultural operations.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Employment Type: Full-time position.
  2. Salary: 27.75 Zloty per hour
  3. Guaranteed working hours: 10 hours per day
  4. Accommodation: Assistance is provided for finding suitable accommodation. 500 Zloty per month.
  5. Employee Care: Provided by a coordinator who speaks your language.
  6. Legalization of Stay and Work: Assistance in obtaining a residence card/work permit in Poland.
  7. Duration: 2 years / Renewable: Yes
  8. Process:
    1. Service fee: 1000€
    2. Processing time: 1-2 weeks
