– supply of goods to the robot (standing work)

– checking the collected orders, by a robot, (standing work on line)

– you need to collect orders through the scanner (scanner in Russian and English). An order comes to the scanner, where it is indicated: product name, shelf number, and product photo.

You need to collect the goods in baskets and put them on an automatic line along the sectors.

Sectors in stock:

– vegetables, meat, and fish in a package (refrigerator from +2, +8 degrees);

– the freezer (up to -30 degrees) is operated only by men specially trained for this process.

– The heaviest goods are boxes with products in the third process, which can be 10-15 kg each.

– Thus water in a package of 6 pieces of 1.5 and 2 liters, sometimes you need to raise 1–2 packages of water.

– Milk in a package of 20 pieces of 1 liter.

 

Information about the Job:

  • Schedule:
    • – 4/1 (four days to work, one to rest)- 5/2 (five days work, one rest) – 6/1 (six days work, one rest)
    • – It’s your choice.
  • Shifts:
    • Three shifts:
    • – The first from 00.30 to 12.15;
    • – The second from 3.00 to 15.30;
    • – The third from 11.30 to 22:00
    • The standard shift is 11 hours, but they can be released earlier or left for processing for another hour).
  • Breaks:
    • – 30 min with an 8-hour shift
    • – 2 to 30 with a shift of 12 or more hours
  • Vacation
    • – 20 days a year, first vacation after 3 months of work
  • Accommodation
    • – Paid accommodation, the cost is 200–300 euros/month, depending on the hostel, the cost is calculated from the salary.
    • – In a hostel, 3–4 people are in a room.
    • – Family couples in separate 2-bed rooms.
    • – All amenities on the floor: toilet, shower, kitchen.
  • Transportation (From the place of residence to the warehouse):
    • – Public transport (30–50 minutes), travel card (paid by the employee), cost (500 kroons or 21 euros).
    • Tickets to Praha –> Paid by the employee
  • Food
    • – Paid by the employee
  • Medical insurance
    • – By employer free of charge
  • Advance Payment
    • – Once a week (the first advance can be received after 10 days from the release date). The advance payment is 60 euros per week.
  • Sick leaves:
    • – After receiving medical insurance, payment of 70% of sick leave.
  • Compliance with standards
    • – After training, you need to do 90% of the norm and more. The average rate of compliance with the standards at the enterprise is 110%.
    • – Compliance with the rules requires speed and attention.

 

Training

7 days of training: 2 days of training with a trainer and 5 days with a group.

 

Payment

Payment is hourly:

– 150 CZK/hour net (6.33 EUR/hour net) if up to 190 hours per month

– 160 CZK/hour net (6.75 EUR/hour net) if over 190 hours per month

If there is a gap in the schedule for no reason (the reason can only be your illness, there must be a certificate from a doctor), the warehouse can set a fine from 1000 kroons to 2000 kroons (from 42.23 euros to 84.46 euros)

– 5/2 is 180 hours = 27000 CZK or 1139 euros clean on hand

– 4/1 is 212 hours = 33920 kroons or 1431 euros clean on hand

– 6/1 is 220 hours = 35200 kroons or 1486 euros clean on hand
